WHY WE DONATE

"We are donating because the team here at Barnacle Foods recognizes the power of community. We believe in Challenge Alaska's mission to improve the lives of people living with disabilities through recreational opportunities and education."
-Barnacle Foods

"Challenge Alaska is an organization filled with caring people who provide access to sports and recreation for individuals with disabilities. Their genuine love and effort quite frankly change peoples' lives by giving them opportunities and creating amazing memories that likely wouldn't exist without their support."
- Inn at Whittier

"I worked at thread (situated right next door to Challenge Alaska), and Boys & Girls Club; two non-profits whose missions focus on providing children the stability and support vital to their well-being, health, and development. I broke my leg this summer, causing a shift in my career. I now create art pieces that capture the seasonal moments unique to this amazing state. When Casendra Bowen asked me if I would consider donating a piece of my work to support the amazing work of the Challenge Alaska team, I saw this as a perfect opportunity to combine my passion for art and the well-being of Alaska's youth."
- OSWC Art

"To help brighten the lives of people who need it the most."
- Jacobson's Greenhouse

"I love to support Challenge Alaska."
- Art Seriously

"Challenge Alaska is a wonderful organization helping so many people, I'm honored to donate to the charity auction."
- Kelly Curtis Designs

"We witness, first-hand, the joy of clients, families and volunteers who benefit from Challenge's programs at Alyeska and the Alaska Rock Gym."
- Turnagain Tree Care
