The bike has larger platform type pedals with straps to attach the pedals. The bike is "fixed gear" and the rider can be assisted as a parent gently pushes from behind, moving the bike and pedals (thus the feet) in a circular motion, training the feet to the motion used to propel a bike.

Boccia Ball Set      Boccia Ball Set

Boccia is a competitive game that can be played one-on-one, in pairs, or with teams of three. It is played on a specially marked court, usually with a hard surface. The goal of the game is for players/teams to throw/bowl game balls so that they get them as close as possible to a special target ball. The game begins with a player throwing the white target ball onto the court. Opponents then take turns trying to throw/bowl their game balls as close as possible to the target ball. When the game balls have all been thrown, a referee determines the points awarded to individual or teams based on measurement of how near the game balls are to the target ball. Water Sit SkiWater Sit Ski

This water ski is exactly what it sounds like. Users can choose from either a Kan Ski or a Freedom Ski. The difference is that the Freedom Ski has a block attached to the front of the ski where the tow rope passes through and a knot in the rope absorbs the force that the skier usually would. The skier sits in a cage that attaches to the ski and comes in different sizes and heights.  Skiers can also add or remove outriggers to provide greater support when learning to ski. All users of this piece of equipment are required to agree to wear a personal flotation device at all times while using. There is one Freedom Ski, one Kan Ski, four cages (different sizes) and one set of outriggers available.

This ski allows individuals with mobility and balance impairments to sit on two cross country skis at a fixed width and pole along the snow. At the Paralympic level, skiers propel themselves with an air rifle on their back to compete in biathlon just as an able bodied Nordic skier would. For safety reasons, we encourage any individual using the Nordic Sit Ski to travel with at least one other person (as we would recommend any Nordic Skier). There is one adult size and one youth size Nordic Sit Ski available.
